I.  THE ASCENT

TRIARCHY is a structured alliance organized around measured advancement. The staircase above represents progression through thirty-three degrees of participation and responsibility. Every capsuleer starts here by taking their first step. Movement upward is determined over time through conduct, activity, reliability, and alignment with our Orders standards. No one enters at the summit.

II. FOUNDATION

FOUNDATION is the entry layer for new and returning capsuleers who seek direction and a defined path forward. It is where pilots establish their baseline across fleets, industry, exploration, and cooperation.

Instruction is provided. Resources are available. What distinguishes one pilot from another is not access, but action.

Leadership does not accelerate elevation. Performance is observed across time, under varying conditions, in both success and loss. No prior experience is required. Curiosity, effort, consistency, and a willingness to learn are.

FOUNDATION is where you will take your first measured steps.

III. PVP

Combat training is conducted within organized fleet environments led by experienced commanders operating under clear doctrine. Ships are provided free or heavily subsidized, and approved losses are replaced for free.

The purpose is not simply to win engagements, but to cultivate composure, precision, and execution under direction. Individual talent is useful. Coordinated discipline is decisive.

IV. PVE

Organized PVE operations establish early income while reinforcing structured fleet behavior. New pilots routinely generate between seventy and one hundred million ISK per hour from their first day.

ISK is a tool.

V. INDUSTRY

Industrial mining operations are done under full Orca industrial boosts with mindlink, increasing yield by approximately ninety-seven percent.

We also provide a reasonable ore buyback in the areas that we operate.

VI. EXPLORATION

Exploration vessels are pre-fit and staged for wormhole and null security deployment. Approved losses are reimbursed in full, allowing pilots to operate assertively without hesitation.

VII. DEGREES OF ADVANCEMENT

Our Order operates through a structured degree system. Progression is tied to consistent fleet participation, presence within alliance channels, contribution to operations, and the strengthening of FOUNDATION through mentorship of new members.

Advancement is not self-declared. It is conferred when alignment, reliability, and composure are demonstrated over time.

Not all who enter will advance. This is intentional.

VIII. STANDARD

We expect group activity, discipline, communication, and maturity. Skill points accumulate through time. Reputation accumulates through action.

IX. CONSIDER CAREFULLY

If you are seeking anonymity, minimal expectations, or minimal participation, you will advance slowly, if at all.

This is NOT a measure of time logged. A pilot present one day per week who actively participates, communicates, and contributes will be regarded more favorably than one present daily who remains unseen and uninvolved.

X. ENTRY

All pilots take their first steps at FOUNDATION.
